Sustainable Singapore: What's the environmental impact of dairy, and what alternatives are available?
Reports have found that dairy may do as much harm to the environment as some kinds of meat, due to it being so resource-intensive. As an alternative, Agrocorp brand HerbYvore launched the world’s first sustainable plant-based paneer last month, which they say is both better for our bodies and the environment. Rhianne Lovell-Boland speaks with Vishal Vijay, Director of Agrocorp who shares more on the environmental issues of dairy cheese and HerbYvore’s plant based alternative.
