How Singapore retailers can engage shoppers in the shopping season
According to a survey from non-profit business mentoring association Score, 73 percent of consumers have been reported to trying a new shopping behavior, ranging from a new shopping method to a new brand. What’s more, a majority of consumers who have tried a new shopping behavior plan to stay with it beyond the duration of the pandemic.
