Why It Matters: Insolvency is not a dirty word, the role it plays in both good and bad times
There are many schemes and resources available for companies to bounce back from a state of insolvency through restructuring. Yet, there is a negative stigma surrounding the idea of insolvency especially in Asia as people tend to equate it to bankruptcy. Through education, however, this stigma can be reduced.
