Covid-19: ASEAN firms expecting worse impact on their businesses
Korn Ferry results of its recent third edition global pulse survey found that most respondents globally have greater clarity about the economic impact of Covid-19 on their businesses, with 81 percent of organisations in ASEAN expecting a decline in revenue. How is Singapore’s widening pay gap affecting you?
Singapore’s pay gap between senior managers and entry-level employees has increased by 12 per cent since 2008, this according to organisational consultancy Korn Ferry. 77 per cent of the 58 countries analysed saw a widening pay gap across all regions, with the average increase in Asia coming in at 15 per cent across nine countries.
