An optimistic outcome of property cooling measures in 2022 first quarter
The Singapore Property Sale Price Index witnessed an increase compared to that of Q3 to Q4 last year.The property cooling measures started in December 2021 seems to take effect in the private market this quarter. However, both the HDB and private rental markets are on the rise.

Powering Your Property: Singapore Property Market Index for Q4 2020
In Powering Your Property, Howie Lim spoke to Dr. Tan Tee Khoon, Singapore Country Manager of PropertyGuru  has insights into PropertyGuru's Singapore Property Market Index for Q4 2020. In the third quarter of this year, official figures by the Ministry of Trade and Industry show that Singapore's GDP contracted by 7% year-on-year. Yet, in the property sector, there was a burst of activity, with the PropertyGuru Singapore Property Market Index Q4 2020 recording a 0.41% increase from 111.9 to 112.4 points.

Powering Your Property: Singaporeans less optimistic about the real estate market in H2 2020
Singaporeans are feeling less optimistic about the real estate market for the second half of this year. That’s according to the biannual Property Guru Consumer Sentiment Study. The study’s overall sentiment index dipped by four points from 45 in the first half of 2020 to 41 in the second half of 2020.
