Culture Club: The rise of 'leavism' - Are you using holidays to catch up on work?
Have you ever thought about taking time off just to catch up on work? Or perhaps, you have done so more than you think. This is 'leavism', and it’s workplace culture that you need to leave behind in 2023.
But why does 'leavism' happen? How bad is it for the workplace? And how can we break the habit?
