Singaporean pastry chef and the founder of Bakerzin, a local bakery chain best known for being the first to sell French pastries in Singapore, Daniel Tay joins us today. Today Daniel is also the founder of Cat and the Fiddle, an online cheesecake store and Foodgnostic, a food manufacturing solution company supplying high-quality food products and services.
