Cold and flu have very similar symptoms, with runny nose and sore throat, but with flu there could be more severe symptoms such as fever and body aches. Dr Ng Lok Pui also shared that stress does not directly cause flu but stress can cause the body immune system to be weaker and hence more susceptive to catch a flu.

Diabetics is a condition when your blood sugar is high, which means that any organ in the body with blood vessel can be damaged by the high sugar level. Hypertension, also known as High Blood Pressure, is quite common in Singapore. Considered most common type of inflammatory that is auto immune in nature, Rheumatoid Arthritis has a worldwide prevalence of 1%. It occurs when your body's own immune system does not function properly and mistakenly attacks your body's tissues such as the joints. Although the most commonly affected organs are joints, it sometimes affect the skin, eyes and lungs. Some symptoms includes pain, stiffness and swelling of affected joints.
