22/07/24 - What's Trending: Who are the next sushi superstars?On What's Trending, food artist Michelle Wibowo has exhibited celebrity heads made from sushi, including singers Elton John and Ed Sheeran, and England footballers Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka. The works, made from authentic Japanese ingredients like sushi rice, smoked salmon, and pickled ginger, measure 18cm tall and 10cm wide.
Also, fermented foods, such as kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, and kombucha, have been used for centuries to preserve food. However, industrial production has led to the discovery of additives in almost one-third of these products, including salt, sugar, and artificial sweeteners. These additives are legal but technically classified as ultra-processed.

Turns out blushing is a spontaneous emotional reaction. In a bid to trigger blushing in order to study its cause, researchers from the University of Amsterdam asked a group of 16 to 20-year-old females to sing karaoke in front of a camera, and then made them watch a playback of their performances.
