Two in 5 employees in Singapore plan to change employers this year, with 40 per cent of them citing ‘limited career path’ as the biggest pushing factor. This, according to Randstad’s Employer Brand Research 2019 report. Millennials were found most likely to change their jobs this year at 43 per cent, followed closely behind by Generation X employees at 41 per cent. 33 per cent of millennials also noted that they want to work in companies providing robust training programmes, which are deemed beneficial for the career development and skills growth.
