With nothing priced over $30, The Masses stays rooted to its promise to offer good food while staying affordable for its customers. Two years and several rounds of improvements to the menu later, the restaurant is now at its menu’s 7th version and continues to create neo-local dishes packed with great value and rich flavours. Dylan Ong, Chef-Owner of The Masses talks about his restaurant. He was also nominated as The Straits Times’ Singaporean of the Year 2015, and was one of those awarded with the Singapore Business Review’s ten ‘Hottest 40 and Under Restaurateurs 2014’.
